The first book in the RFT Series is complete! Revisions have begun, and I hope to have the second draft into the hands of beta readers by Christmas. Merry Christmas to all! ;)

It feels surreal to be "finished" with something I've spent nearly a year agonizing over, but it is also a great relief. I have accomplished a goal I did not think myself capable of. I've written nearly 130,000 words on one topic, and it FEELS epic. RFT is the single longest piece I have ever written and I am terrified, elated, thrilled, and hopeful over the prospect of being able to repeat the success (on a hopefully shorter timeline!) for books two and three of the series.

In the meantime, I have begun a much shorter project, a young adult piece in the "fantasy" realm, that is keeping the juices flowing and my mind occupied elsewhere as the pages of RFT ruminate in my brain. More details to follow as the project grows.
